Diocese of Orlando Safe Environment Program & Fingerprint Submission
Registration Information
The Diocese of Orlando requires employees and volunteers to receive two levels of screening: Fingerprinting and Background Check (Level II); and Safe Environment Training (Level I).
Fingerprint Clearance and Background Check Requirement (Level II)
This pertains to volunteers (chaperoning field trips, etc. or having lunch with your students) who are not yet fingerprinted and background cleared through the Diocese of Orlando, or whose clearances are due for renewal. Volunteers are responsible for covering a fee for this service. Volunteer fee is $41.75, and they are good for 5 years.
Safe Environment Training Video & Test Requirement (Level I)
All parents volunteering at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School are required to watch the Safe Environment Training video and take a short quiz (Step 1). The fingerprinting registration is Step 2. First, you must register for fingerprint & background clearance, and retain the bar code number issued to you by the Diocese. This will allow you to register for the Safe Environment Testing.

Information para registarse
La dioceses de Orlando requiere a los empleados y voluntarios recibir nivel II requiere dos pruebas: huellas digitales y prevision de antecedentes (nivel II); y ademas el entrenamiento (nivel I) de ambiente seguro.
Verificación de antecedente Nivel II
Esto es relacionado a los voluntarios que sirven como chaperones y que sus antecedentes no hayan sido aprobados por la Diócesis de Orlando o que necesiten ser renovamos.
El costo de este servicio es responsabilidad del voluntario y su costo es de 48 dólares y es valido por 5 anos.
Video de entrenamiento y examen de verificación requerido (Nivel I)
Paso 1: todos los padres voluntarios del colegio Catolico St. Charles Borromeo le es obligatorio ver el video de ambiente seguro y tomar una prueba corta del mismo.
Paso 2: Debe registrarse para tomar las huellas y verificación de antecedentes, y debe obtener el código digital suministrado por la diócesis. EL cual es necesario para registrarse para el entrenamiento del ambiente seguro.
