How to Enroll
Through the admission process, SCBCS seeks to learn about your child and how we can partner with you to best meet his/her needs. To that end, we strongly encourage parents to tour the school with the prospective student.
1. Complete Online Enrollment Application
- Visit SCBCS.net and click on the Apply Online button to complete the application
- The New Family Application Fee is $100. For each additional student, the fee is $25 (non-refundable)
2. Student Admission Portfolio: Submit Forms & Documentation
Required
- Birth Certificate
- Baptism Certificate (Catholic Only)
- Florida Immunization & Physical
- Teacher Recommendation (1st - 8th Grade)
- Copy of Recent Report Card (K - 8th Grade)
- Copy of Last Year Report Card (1st - 8th Grade)
- Copy of Standardized Test Result On Site
- Academic Screening (K - 8th Grade)
If Applicable
- Pastor Permission Form (Diocese of Orlando)
- Letter of Financial Good Standing (School)
- Letter of Parish Participation (Other Diocese)
- Copy of IEP (504 Plan)
- Copy of Custody Documentation
- VPK Influenza Brochure
- VPK Eligibility Certificate (4C Office Orange County)
- Scholarship Award Letter (McKay, Gardiner, Florida Tax Credit, Family Empowerment)
3. Student Interview
Student interviews are scheduled after an academic review of the student’s admission portfolio. The prospective student will meet with the principal. The interview allows administration to learn more about your child.
4. Enrollment Packet & Acceptance
Upon an offer of admission, you will be asked to complete an online enrollment packet. Enrollment is confirmed once SCBCS receives the completed enrollment packet, which includes a FACTS agreement, and payment of fees.
